Crystal Wood

Crystal Wood is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who leads our Dublin location. She graduated from Capella University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018. She has provided ABA therapy as both an RBT and BCBA for a combined 10+ years. Crystal holds certifications in PEAK, VBMAPP, LIFE, Behavioral Feeding Therapy, and the Picture Exchange Communication System. A lifelong resident of Laurens County, Crystal is married with children and enjoys reading, being outdoors, and playing with her two dogs. She is passionate about what she does and continues to use her experience and knowledge to help our clients.

Natalie Mitchell

Natalie Mitchell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and leads our Perry location. She has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017 and has been a Board Certified since 2021. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise to better serve children and families. She is certified and trained in the PEAK Relational Training System, VB-MAPP, behavioral feeding therapy, and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). She is passionate about using evidence-based practices to help children develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their fullest potential. Natalie resides in Perry, GA with her husband, their children and dogs. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and shopping.

Dejah Worthen

Dejah Worthen is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Perry location with 3+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia Southern University and her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Dejah has experience providing ABA services in both clinical and school settings. Her background in the school system has given her extensive experience collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as supporting students receiving special education services. She has experience with functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and developing individualized behavioral supports to help clients succeed across environments. Dejah is passionate about using evidence-based ABA practices to help clients build meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve their individual goals. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading graphic novels, and traveling.

Katie Ealer

Katie Ealer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Perry location. She was born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia, and has dedicated more than seven years to working in the field of autism and supporting individuals and families. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle Georgia State University in 2016. In 2019, she earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2021. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her daughter. As someone born and raised in Middle Georgia, she is proud to serve the community she has always called home.
